What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Commercial or rental use
Improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
Damage caused by animals or pests
Fading due to sunlight exposure
Products used outside their intended purpose

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim please follow these steps:

Contact your original place of purchase
Provide your proof of purchase and product details
Describe the defect and provide photos where possible
Our team will review your claim within 5 business days
